Return policy
You can find the shipping label for returns from Europe on our homepage. Enter "FC-Moto return label Europe" in search of our webshop. Be sure to include a completed return form and a copy of the invoice with the package.
Shipping Policy
As shipping partners, they work with DHL and UPS. In the destination country, DHL will hand the parcel to the national postal service, which will then deliver it. UPS will return to the front door in the destination country.
