Return policy
Any iD Mobile purchase can be returned to a Currys store. If you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days, bringing a copy of the receipt. Included in the purchase price were any conditional gifts and accessories within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Policy
All their phones and tablets come with FREE next-day delivery to make things easy for their customers. They will deliver your order the next day, free of charge, if you order before 8 pm (Monday-Thursday). Please note that they do not offer free next-day delivery on Saturday, and DPD does not deliver on Sunday if you order on Friday.
