SHIPPING POLICY
The delivery of your order will be free on all UK mainland orders over £45 (excluding VAT). Unless previously agreed in writing, deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, through the TTERRACE ONLY (unless previously agreed in writing). They cannot guarantee delivery times, but if we have your address in advance, they can usually guarantee a day.
RETURN POLICY
The Company will only accept the return of standard goods that are unused, undamaged, with their original packaging, within 14 days after delivery with the prior approval of the Company, with the right to charge a restocking fee and carriage for the outward journey.
