Perl Wen is the lovechild of a Caerphilly and a Brie. A wonderful soft cheese with a lemony centre.

This is the latest creation of Carwyn Adams, maker of the beautiful Perl Las Blue and Perl Wen. Proof that Golden Cenarth is a superb cheese is evident in that it has now won Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards. This doesnt happen by chance. Golden Cenarth is somewhere between an Epoisses and a Vacherin Mont D'Or, and can be baked in much the same was as the latter to make a fantastic starter for two!

Celtic Promise...a mystical name and it must, we think, have been crafted by fairies and elves in the forests of West Wales because this is a truly magical cheese! Try it and fall under its spell...

Gorwydd Caerphilly is a traditional territorial cheese, matured for two months in order to achieve a beautiful earthy rind, a creamy breakdown and a lemony crumbly centre.

This beats cuckoo clocks and pen knives as Switzerland's greatest export. Tete de Moine has a gorgeous alpine milky taste similar to Gruyere. Tete de Moine should be placed on a Girolle cutter for best results. If you can't get your hands on one we advise using a vegetable peeler to shave the cheese to release the aroma and flavours (Girolle shown in images not included).

Lanark Blue cheese is made by Selina Cairns at Errington Cheese in Lanarkshire. Its a beautiful sweet and salty blue made with unpasteurised ewes milk from her own flock of Lacaune ewes.
